The Angelfish Cocktail

One rainy afternoon, many moons ago, on Anantara Kihavah Jo and Dan whiled away an hour or two with bartender Sam, learning all about the dark arts of cocktail making. After much trial and error, a very special tropical creation emerged: the Angelfish Cocktail.
Since then, the challenge of recreating the Angelfish Cocktail has been placed before many an eager Indian Ocean mixologist, some following the recipe faithfully, others adding a plethora of inventive variations.
Ingredients
- Vodka
- Watermelon juice
- Fresh passion fruit
- Passion fruit syrup
- Sweet & sour
Instructions
- Cool your cocktail glass with crushed ice.
- Add watermelon juice to a mixing container.
- Add a whole passion fruit, including pips.
- Add a measure of passion fruit syrup.
- Add a splash of Sweet 'n' sour.
- Add a measure of vodka.
- Put the mixture into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Remove crushed ice from the serving glass and pour the mixture through a filter.
- Add a garnish decoration and serve.
