Le Méridien Ile Maurice is a well-located beachfront resort on Mauritius’ sunset-facing west coast, an area known for its calm seas, golden light and relaxed atmosphere. While we haven’t yet had the opportunity to visit the resort ourselves, it presents as a strong all-round option with a great balance of facilities, space and value.
One of Le Méridien’s key strengths is its versatility. The resort offers extensive facilities including multiple restaurants, swimming pools, a spa, kids’ and teens’ clubs, and a long stretch of beach — making it particularly appealing for families and multi-generational travel. At the same time, the dedicated ‘Nirvana’ adults-only section provides a quieter, more refined experience for couples seeking privacy and relaxation within the same resort.
