Constance Le Chaland offers 158 rooms, many with ocean views. All rooms span 55 m² and are available in king or twin configurations. Each room is fully air-conditioned and features a furnished terrace or balcony, along with a spacious bathroom including both a bathtub and a rain shower.

Amenities include satellite TV channels, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Chromecast, telephone with voicemail, individual safe, desk, and a comfortable sitting area. Additional amenities include a minibar, tea and coffee-making facilities, an espresso machine, 220-volt power sockets, premium bathroom amenities, bathrobes and slippers, evening turndown service, and 24-hour in-room dining.

Lunch showcases Mauritian and global classics, while evening buffets highlight the island’s rich fusion of flavours.

At Flame & Tide, grilled specialities and ocean-inspired dishes take centre stage, paired with sweeping sea views and theatrical cooking displays. For a more intimate journey, Zafran presents a refined experience, where imaginative tasting dishes are guided by the resort's wine guru and crafted by a personal chef to reveal the nuance of each pairing.

The resort also offers a number of bars to enjoy throughout the day. Karokan, by the main pool, blends light bites with tropical refreshments and signature Mauritian rum cocktails, while the Flame & Tide Beach Bar offers open-air ease for sunset aperitifs and late-night drinks by the sea.
