The elegantly yet comfortably furnished Nikawewa Villa (1200 sqf) is ideal for a family or friends travelling together. The villa is appointed with 2 bedrooms (kingsize beds), two large bathrooms with bathtubs and his & hers vanity counters, and a living and dining area – a haven amidst the rice paddies. The 180 degree glass walls allow a breathtaking view of the gardens and the 20 acres of paddy fields beyond. A private lap pool sits between nature and the suite giving that extra bit of luxury to an already beautiful setting. Butler service is available on request.

Each of the 19 Ulagalla Chalets (850sqf) offer glass-walled panoramic views of the garden, rice paddy or lake and are luxuriously equipped with air-conditioning, high-end entertainment systems and many more amenities. As well as a large kingsize four-poster bed, the large bathrooms have a rain shower. Each chalet also has its own sun deck and secluded private plunge pool.
