Naladhu

Naladhu is one of our favourite luxury spots in the Maldives. Consisting of only 19 beautifully appointed villas, which makes for a distinctly boutiquey feel, guests have a choice of serene lagoon-facing beach villas or dramatic ocean-view rooms, overlooking the waves on the edge of the South Male Atoll... it's rare to be so close to the therapeutic breakers in the Maldives.


Service and quality are as you expect at this level of exclusivity, while Naladhu also benefits from the facilities at the larger neighbour islands, Anantara Veli & Anantara Dhigu (connected by jetties and regular boats across the lagoon), giving the discerning traveller the choice of exploring a wide range of dining and activity options, or retreating to quieter surroundings.

Perfection, perhaps? Not quite... there is no house reef to speak of, so to enjoy all that the Maldives has to offer underwater, you'll need to venture away by boat. Aside from this minor drawback, Naladhu is a very classy resort.
