Our Opinion of Park Hyatt Hadahaa

Park Hyatt Hadahaa is a small, high quality resort in the southerly Gaafu Atoll.

While service is as one would expect from a modern 5-star resort, what really sets this island apart is the quality of the easily-accessible house reef, which is one of the very best. Just steps from your villa lies a mesmerizing and vast coral reef with diverse marine life. Chance upon turtles, black tip reef sharks, spotted eagle rays, lion fish, parrot fish, clown fish and more that make Hadahaa their home. We love it!

50 private land and water villas ensure the island never feels busy, its modern and classy but fits Maldivian scenery well.

From its inception, environmental and sustainable initiatives have been an integral part of their vision. The resort is the first hotel in Maldives certified by EarthCheck for adherence to international environmental standards for design and construction. It is also Green Globe certified.

Park Hyatt are also offering a good All-Inclusive package including a la carte dining and quality wines.

Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa is an exclusive, barefoot luxury hideaway set on a tropical island in the North Huvadhoo (Gaafu Alifu) Atoll, 400km south of Male, and 56km north of the equator. It is surrounded by over 150 natural and undisturbed islands, only 10 of which are local inhabited islands.

Guests embark on a domestic flight from Male International Airport to Kooddoo, followed by an enjoyable 30-minute speedboat ride to reach the resort.

The resort is the first hotel in Maldives certified by EarthCheck for adherence to international environmental standards for design and construction. It is also Green Globe certified.

With just 51 villas, ranging from beach to overwater, there is a choice of accommodation to suit all.

How do you get to Park Hyatt Hadahaa?

From Velana International Airport in Male, guests embark on a domestic flight to Kooddoo Domestic Airport, followed by a 30-minute speedboat journey to the resort.

Does Park Hyatt Hadahaa have a house reef?

Yes, Park Hyatt has a super house reef that encircles the island. The reef drop off is a little way from the beach so requires a swim over the coral gardens, or you can go there directly from the end of either of the two jetties.

What meal plans are available at Park Hyatt Hadahaa?

Bed & Breakfast, Half Board Plus, Full Board Plus, and All Inclusive are available. Soft drinks, juices, teas, and coffees are included with the Half Board Plus and Full Board Plus packages, and select alcoholic beverages as well as the in-room mini bar are included with the All Inclusive plan.
