Gorgeously intimate and achingly cool, this is a tucked-away, 36-room chill-out zone. Personal service, individual rooms, attention to detail and wonderful food abound – this is one of our favourite places in the Indian Ocean!
A unique boutique hotel set in a quiet residential area, 20 Degres Sud is a world away from the larger and busier resorts. The hotel is French colonial in style with a small neat beach that looks out over a gorgeous turquoise lagoon. A haven of peace and calm for those who want to rest and relax, but also perfectly situated for exploring the Grand Baie area and other attractions in the North of the island.
20 Degres has received rave reviews from our clients and if touring the island it's a must.
Tip: all the rooms are lovely, but if you can afford the premium for one of the Austral suites you won't be disappointed!

Hotel 20°Sud is hidden from view behind an impressive oak carriage entrance door and concealed within an old coconut grove bordering the water’s edge.
This small, intimate hotel comprises 36 bedrooms decorated with antiques as well as furniture and furnishings from the Belgian interior decorator Flamant Home interiors®. It is situated in exceptional surroundings not far from the Pointe aux Canonniers at the mouth of the beautiful bay of Grand Baie.
Small, charming and sophisticated are quite rare for hotels or resorts Mauritius, which makes this hotel genuinely 'different'.
Standard packages are on Half Board, with dinner comprising a varied "a la carte" menu, serving international and Mauritian dishes. Full Board is also available. Please note there is an evening dress code please; ask us for more details.

If you wish to hold your wedding ceremony at 20°Sud, the resort will offer the use of M/S Lady Lisbeth (at dock) and include various benefits. Please ask us for details.
