Brennia Kottefaru, Maldives

Brennia Kottefaru is a new resort on the Eastern rim of the Raa Atoll, not far from the Ifuru airport, so easily reached by either seaplane or a short domestic flight and speedboat transfer from Male.

It's quite a large island by Maldives standards and the resort is comprised of 102 island villas, with and without pools, and 80 over water villas.

There are a variety of restaurants and bars on offer: the main Lime Restaurant has all day buffet dining, while Manta and Sunset Grill are a la carte options. La Pella is the pool bar and cafe, and the Sports Bar and Sing Sing karaoke bar provide non-traditional entertainment.

Other facilities include an 18 room Spa, a kids club from 09:00 to 18:00, fitness centre, games room, tennis & badminton courts, and an Ocean Dimension dive centre. Gabbe Water Sports provide a range of motorised and non-motorised activities, as well as excursions.
