Tulia Zanzibar Unique Beach Resort

Opened in 2015, Tulia Zanzibar Unique Beach Resort is a boutique retreat located on the east coast of Zanzibar. The resort has just 16 rooms and is designed to provide comfort, privacy, and a sense of exclusivity. Guests can enjoy high-level dining with fresh, locally inspired cuisine, alongside excellent facilities that include two swimming pools - one of which features the only water slides on the island.

The resort is situated about 35 kilometers from Zanzibar’s international airport, which translates to roughly a one-hour drive. For added convenience, return airport transfers are included for all guests, ensuring a seamless start and finish to their stay.

These bungalows are divided into two separate units under one roof, some with interconnecting doors—ideal for families or groups. Guests can choose between a double or twin beds setup. Located in the garden, some villas also offer partial sea views.

Royal Garden Villa with Private Pool

Set within a spacious private garden, this villa offers a tranquil retreat with its own pool. It features a double bed and can accommodate up to two additional beds, making it suitable for a maximum of 4 guests. Located in the garden area, the villa does not offer sea views but ensures complete privacy.

Seafront Luxury Villa (with optional Private Pool)

Perched on the cliff directly facing the ocean, these villas offer spectacular sea views; one villa includes a private pool for added indulgence. Each villa features a double bed, with the option of up to two extra beds.
