Riva is a meticulously restored 180-year-old manor house set within a lush five-acre coconut estate, just 30 minutes from Colombo International Airport and 10 minutes from Negombo town. It is the perfect place to begin or end a Sri Lankan journey, offering a gentle introduction or a calming final stop before the flight home.

The villa has seven bedrooms arranged around a central courtyard with a serene pond at its heart. The interiors are filled with character: antique surfaces, intricate paintings by Sri Lankan artists, restored furniture and contemporary artwork.
