The resort is beautiful and the room was superb.
Check in was a long winded affair, which was a shame as I was desperate to shower and change out of my travelling clothes.
As I was on all inclusive I ate most of my meals in the main restaurant which had a different themed menu each night. The food was very similar to that at Reethi Beach as the same head chef is in charge.
Afternoon tea is served at the Dhiyavaru overwater restaurant, giving an opportunity to enjoy all inclusive drinks there each day between 4pm and 5:30pm.
There are several beach bars located around the island, two of which are open until 11pm. The main bar lacks atmosphere and is not very busy.
All the resort staff are very friendly and appear to be genuinely pleased to attend to my every need. They quickly became aware of my room number and what I preferred to drink.
There are mosquitoes present, so I recommend taking a repellent.

The support and service from start to finish made the whole experience a pleasure. Angelfish, no matter which member of staff I spoke to, were friendly and clearly have a passion for giving the best advice to ensure the best holiday. It was obvious that their experience of the Maldives allowed them to make suggestions appropriate to the budget and preferences. The island itself was a delight and I've never been sadder to leave a place or more sure that I will return. I'm looking forward to visiting more coco resorts and hopefully arranging these through Angelfish. Thank you for making a dream holiday a reality.
Management are very friendly and very accessible, but there were some staffing issues due to new staff being trained during a period of full capacity so service was a little haphazard. The reef has improved from our trip 2 years ago, we enjoyed our snorkelling this time, preferring to snorkel the island rather than use the free boat trips. The diving centre took us to some outstanding reefs, it was the most consistently good diving we have had in the Maldives for some time. We were treated very well as repeat guests, and very much enjoyed our time on Drift.
Natural paradise. The staff are so friendly and attentive. Very genuine.
This trip was fabulous in every way - a dream come true. We will definitely be returning there.
This holiday was almost perfection. The ideal getaway resort to literally 'getaway' from it all. Such a small and quiet resort and a perfect example of peace and paradise. Great, friendly staff and service.... amazing food and the lagoon is like a giant, warm swimming pool all around you. We didn't try the spa because the prices were too high for us. We sampled the excursions to snorkel with Whale Sharks; Manta Rays; and Turtles and were lucky to experience swimming with all of them (Not everyone did), so for us, they were simply amazing. A fantastic resort recommendation from Angelfish and we look forward to putting our trust in them again.
Snorkeling was best in the Maldives so far, but the dive sites were disappointing (except one). The villa was amazing and dining was also brilliant with varied a la cart menu. Probably wouldn't go again because of it's remoteness. We think our next choice may be Constance Halaveli
First class service in every respect. Great villa, great pool, lovely bars, fabulous staff, good choice of restaurants & great quality food.
Didn?t use the Spa or water activities. Love Baros, but the food and beverage prices are very expensive. Whilst the food is excellent, I do think that compared to other resorts, dining is over priced.
The service at Coco could be a bit slow. The room was nice, but the bath in the middle of the room was a bit odd. The AI option was good - the dining around menus were quite good but it was a shame that there wasn?t a discount offered if you wanted the non AI menu. Food was pretty good, but lots of fish which Jo doesn?t eat so her choices were limited unless we went to buffet.
Didn?t like the golf buggies - they zoomed around and spoiled the ambience. Whilst i appreciate that they are necessary for room service and luggage, it isn?t necessary to ferry lazy people around!
