Highly recommended Angelfish, great and very speedy communication even to the point of instantly replying to emails when we were at Male airport waiting for sea plane, phoned the hotel about a question I had and emailed me back, great company to do business with. Resort was beautiful and everything we expected apart from a few points. We were all inclusive, food was good and good selection but they advertise premium wines and spirits, in actual fact choice of 3 whites or reds which were very mediocre, and premium spirits are not makes I have heard of eg Hyde Park gin, which was nice enough, but not really a premium make, only other thing that niggled, was non motorised sports were meant to be included, water sports is not same company as hotel, not nearly as friendly as hotel, and they say they keep telling hotel not to advertise that, as only kayak, cat, wind surfer incl, things like paddle boarding, surf board $30 on top, but these are just small issues for what was a really nice chilled out holiday,

Our second resort, Outrigger, was just 15 minutes by speedboat from Amari, but was at another level in overall terms. A genuine 5 star offering, the villa was simply outstanding. Spacious, private with a plunge pool at ground level and a secret sun terrace on the first floor where you could relax in the treetops.
The AI package was very impressive. In addition to all food and drink, it also offered complimentary mini bar, a Tappanyaki Dinner and a Beach Dinner, a 60 minute massage, and even two lots of laundry...fantastic!
The staff were amongst the best trained we have ever encountered anywhere, and nothing was too much trouble to ensure every guest had an experience which exceeded expectations.
The reef was close to the shore and contained many interesting coral formations. It was also a little more colourful than those islands closer to Male. The fish were not as plentiful as Angsana Ihuru (where is?!) but still offered a variety of species some of which we had not seen before.
This was our tenth visit to the Maldives, and having visited twelve islands, we consider that Outrigger is almost the perfect island for us. The only drawback is the long journey involving two flights and a speedboat transfer. But after the pain....the gain! And being in the far south of the Maildives just 30 miles north of the equator, we felt a genuine sense of away-from-it-all serenity which for us is what a Maldive holiday is all about.

Angelfish were excellent with listening to what we wanted and giving us options to choose from. The Maldives is a diverse group of Islands so it was good to understand where to visit.
Coco Palm is a Island of natural beauty and we were greeted with an incredible service, excellent food and beautiful scenery.
My only comment would be to be prepared to spend a little bit more money while out there on excursions - but these are well worth doing!

Hi ,happy to give feedback! Oblu was fantastic,staff amazing plus all facilities! Only comment about the island is it would have been nice to have an outdoor bar under the stars!! Our priority was the reef and it exceeded our expectations,would love to keep it a secret!! Will most definitely return! However BA was very disappointing so maybe would consider Sri Lankan airways next time,which we found very good last year! Really great hols so thank you so much for your recommendation

Had a wonderful time. Lovely laid back atmosphere, staff very friendly and helpful and very good food. Drinks expensive but this seems to be the norm in the Maldives. The private BBQ on the beach in front of our villa was fantastic. The massage treatments at the spa were great. An amazing and totally relaxing holiday.

We cannot fault Komandoo in any way..
Jumeirah Beach was excellent too apart from a little noise from guests at the bar...below

Milaidhoo - fantastic service across the board - genuinely friendly, efficient and nothing too much trouble. Beautiful island, stunning rooms and deck, good dining options. Excellent watersports team and equipment.
Vakkaru - Amazing overwater villa, great food, butler (Mujay) was the best!

It was our second visit to Drift and we were not disappointed. We love the simplicity of Drift and the friendliness. To be on an island and at times feel like you have it to yourself is truly special. The food is excellent as well as the spa and the house reef is getting better. We loved our diving trip, where we swam with turtles and swimming with Mantas on a snorkelling trip. A trip to Drift is the chance to recharge and escape from the hustle and bustle of life - we will be back.

Love this island!! Second time there and won't be the last. The service is outstanding. Food is the best we've had anywhere and spa was amazing.
