Resort Accommodation
All rooms at Kandy House are named after butterflies and have been individually styled incorporating local fabrics, elegant furniture and modern amenities.
There are five Deluxe Rooms – Sunbeam, Cornelian, Monkey Puzzle, Pioneer and Lime Butterfly. Two are twin rooms without a bath (but with separate shower).
The remaining four are Ultra Rooms – Red Spot Duke, Peacock Royal, Indian Admiral and Black Rajah. These are larger then the deluxe rooms and have access onto a verandah with chaise longues, reading chairs, table and other antiques, ideal for more private dining and relaxing.

Pioneer

One of Kandy House's twin rooms, although it can easily become a double. Pioneer has a private veranda with a swing hammock and is nestled right into the garden.
Monkey Puzzle
Monkey Puzzle has its own arched doorway leading to a small outdoor veranda. This is another twin room that easily converts to a double.

Lime Butterfly

Located on the upper floor with access from the inner courtyard. The room has a four-poster king-size bed with mosquito net, cupboard and other antique furniture.
Red Spot Duke

A spacious double room, opening onto a wide veranda. Has a four-poster king-size bed with mosquito net, sofa, large cupboards and other antique furniture.
Peacock Royal

Red Spot Duke’s sister room nearby, another spacious double room opening onto a wide veranda.
Indian Admiral

On the upper floor around the inner courtyard, opening onto its own outer veranda, this large room looks towards beautiful green paddy fields and the infinity pool.
Black Rajah
With arched doors opening onto an outdoor verandah, this room also boasts an octagonal stone bath. There’s a double swing-hammock in a “secret” garden nearby. Black Rajah can be booked with the adjoining Monkey Puzzle room.
