Gymkhana Club

The Gymkhana Golf Course was the first golf course in Mauritius and was originally used by the British Royal Navy.

When it opened in 1902 it was only a 9 hole course, but this was improved in the 1950s when it became an 18 hole golf course.

The Par 68 course is located in Vacoas which is in central Mauritius. It is perhaps not considered the most challenging course, but this makes it ideal for all levels of player.

The club welcomes members and visitors. Payment of your green fees also gives you access to the other sporting facilities at eh club, including a swimming pool, squash courts, tennis courts and a fitness centre. The club also has a restaurant.
