Since its debut in 2017, Vakkaru Maldives has blossomed into a refined luxury sanctuary, where meticulous attention to detail and environmental stewardship remain at its core. The island’s lush, mature and beautifully kept foliage thrives, with winding pathways now enhanced by a chef’s garden and orchid sanctuary, adding bursts of colour and fragrance. The seamless blend of nature with luxury is a constant reminder of Vakkaru’s commitment to protecting its pristine environment.
The villas remain breathtaking, whether on land or over water. All beach villas now boast upgraded private pools and outdoor showers, enhancing a tropical, indulgent feel. The 1-bedroom and 4-bedroom over-water residences continue to impress with their contemporary, spacious design and understated luxury. Every villa is fastidiously maintained, ensuring a flawless stay.
Dining options have expanded delightfully. Onu, a new Southeast Asian restaurant, adds vibrant flavours to the lineup, while the intimate Anguru Teppanyaki table offers sizzling theatrics by the Cabana Bar.
