Football
Amilla’s football pitch regularly plays host to both planned matches and spontaneous showdowns. Complementary group training with a football coach is offered six days a week, with private lessons available as well. Modified children’s competitions are also hosted from time to time.

Tennis
Two flood-lit tennis courts provide time for a friendly match anytime; complementary equipment rentals are available upon request. Private lessons with Amilla's LUX pro are available as well. Feeling lucky? Challenge the pro and receive your lesson for free--but only if you win!

Exercise Facilities
The resort offers a superb indoor gym, featuring both cardio equipment and free weights. Personal training is available on request. Or, try the Jungle Gym, an outdoors facility constructed of sustainable materials. The island also features a 3km running and walking track which winds through the jungle and across the beaches.
