Notre 4ème séjour à Ozen ! Cela veut tout dire... Ozen est notre Paradis et grâce à vous cette année notre voyage et séjour a pu se faire malgré la Covid. Nous avons passé un sublime et merveilleux séjour auprès de nos si chers amis et retrouver tout ce qui fait d'Ozen une perfection. Encore mille merci pour avoir permis cela, pour avoir été aussi professionnels... Nous n'oublierons pas de parler de votre agence, comme nous l'avons déjà fait à Ozen. Si tout va bien, si la vie reprend un cours normal nous révons de dire... A l'année prochaine avec un immense plaisir !!!!!

Once again a wonderful holiday.The resort was more subdued than usual owing to the pandemic but we felt that it was appropriate.We did feel very safe there.
Emirates could do better passengers were wandering around without masks and very few had a PCR test also we paid to choose our seats but from Dubai to Manchester we didn't get our choice however Andrea one of the flight attendants looked after us magnificently.

Angelfish made everything so much easier and I?m so grateful to them for organising everything.

I recommend them to anyone. They make every part of the holiday experience so easy.

Service was nearly perfect at Constance and the kids club is the best we have ever been to. We had to have a debate with the kids not to go on Christmas day...

Couple of places where the resort is beginning to look a tiny bit tired and the food was mixed.

Overall we had one of the best holidays we have had in years and we would love to go back. Angelfish did a brilliant job of finding another resort, at short notice just before Christmas when there was a fire at our original resort.

Constance's policy of having everyone have a coronavirus test on arrival means that you can relax about masks and hand washing once you have received a negative test result - which is so relaxing after the stress of London!

Thank you for organising the most amazing honeymoon for us! From the first phone call to the postcard that greeted us when we returned home, the expertise and service we received was second to none.

Both islands we visited (Vakkaru & Milaidhoo) were everything and more that we wanted for our special trip and Jo had us figured out to a T after a quick phone call and a few email exchanges.

It was a strange time to stay on Makunudu with the covid 19 pandemic. Rooms were very comfortable, the cleaning of rooms, whilst perfectly adequate, lacked the thoroughness and personal service we experienced 5 years ago.
The food was absolutely excellent as previously. In our second week, due to the dwindling numbers of guests (down to 8), the buffet style breakfast and lunch were stopped, and replaced by room service breakfast (at no extra cost) and, similar to the evening format, a 4 course set meal replaced the buffet lunch. We did miss the choice at both these meals, but we're still served food of excellent quality and beautifully presented. They did still provide us with the 2 fantastic themed nights, one BBQ (for 8) and the other traditional Maldivian night (for 11). These were both buffet style and served outside, which was magical, and there was so much choice and food we felt bad we couldn't eat it all. We were so impressed they still went to such effort for so few of us. The island is still beautiful and unspoilt. There is a little more choice for water sports provided, but we are just content to enjoy the peace and snorkel (lots). The coral is not as healthy as 5 years ago, Il Nino 2016 caused a lot of damage, but it is recovering, and there is still an abundance of marine life. We saw so many different species of fish, turtles, morays, rays, sharks, octopus, and spiny lobster, so we were not disappointed at all. The visibility was generally pretty good. The excursions didn't happen due to C19 restrictions and lack of guests, but we weren't too bothered. All the staff (quite a number of whom we recognised from 5 years ago) were superb. They were very attentive, and always smiling and chatty, despite the huge worry as they are all being sent home (no pay no government support) for at least 4 months until the island can reopen again. The fact that they still remained so positive, helpful and friendly is an indication of what a fantastic team of staff work on Makunudu. We enjoyed sunset cocktails at the Sunset Bar and a few drinks at the Sand Bar. The sunset Bar was closed for the last 2 evenings we were there, it was not worth them opening it up for just the two of us, but they offered us cocktails to be brought to our accommodation instead. We were happy to go to watch the sunset and then have a drink at the Sand Bar before dinners instead. We would definitely return to Makunudu, a few years down the line again. I really hope the staff can weather the pandemic, keep safe at home, and can all be re-employed at Makunudu soon.
