Property Closure Updates — April 2026
The Residence
Closed 15 April – 15 October 2026 for scheduled summer maintenance. The pool and The Dining Room restaurant are affected. The villas and SPA remain fully operational throughout. All work is discreet — no visible works, no guest disturbance in other areas of the resort.
The Palace
Closed from now through to at least December 2027 for a full renovation. All facilities (pools and restaurants) are closed. Works are entirely contained indoors with no outdoor disruption or noise. Stop sales are in place until end of 2027. No confirmed reopening date at this stage.
