Client Testimonials
Clare at Angelfish was brilliant from start to finish and we'd have absolutely no hesitation in using Angelfish again.
Loved the dine around, great quality, choice & service.
Shame about sand bags between beach & pool villas but understand erosion has to be managed.
Very friendly island.
We adored this island ! The staff were so friendly and made our stay. Villa was really comfortable. Ground handling service was excellent. Incredibly impressed with the organisation service and friendliness of the dive team. We will definitely return
Jawakara - in our opinion Dheru punches way above its weight in terms of value for money. We loved our Villa, very private, direct access to the beach and ocean on the sunset side which we preferred, but dont think there's a bad option here. We really liked the buffet, very varied and always live cooking stations for fresh fish and a tandoor oven going every night which was a bonus. Although not really an island for snorkelling the marine life was actually excellent. Biggest sharks and rays we've seen in the Maldives and plentiful - along with the turtles of course, due to all that sea grass which we didnt mind at all. Umi Japanese over water restaurant was a stand out. We ate there twice and the food was 10/10 as was the location. We liked being able to walk over the bridge and round the islands too. All in all we were impressed and would be very happy to return.
Kagi - much better visit than last time. Had a lovely OWPV 317 facing into the spa - best location on the island by far. The ones on the other side are now totally compromised by the new sea walls, necessary but such a detractor now. We did very little so had a lovely, peaceful stay with the usual fabulous service from Dennis and his team. I'd say food in the buffet was better than before (maybe down to the new resort manager who has a history in F&B - who is lovely!). We just think the island lacks personal touches that we'd expect at this level and price point.
The staff were amazing, super helpful, couldn’t do more for you. House keeping was excellent.
The house reef is every bit as good as advertised. If the quality of the house reef is your priority, the W is definitely worth considering.
Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu is such a wonderful place.
The staff welcome you like family and always try to make your stay as memorable as possible.
We’re already planning our next trip.
All of this could not have been made possible without the help and organisation from all at Angelfish.
As always, wonderful.
Neither photos or words can describe or do justice to the pure beauty. It has to be seen to be believed. The morning walk to breakfast will stay in my memory forever.
Amilla is the fourth resort that we have visited in the Maldives and is our favourite for the following reasons. 1: Our reef villa was very nice, very spacious in and outside and very well located on the reef where the snokelling was amazing (turtles, rays, Octopuss, reef shark) we also saw dolphins twice passing very close by. 2: The island is bigger and we enjoyed going round and exploring the wild side of the island and the gardens on our bikes. 3: It never felt very busy anywhere as it has several restaurants and bars the guests are well spreadout. The Staff are all very good, profesionnal but friendly and also one of the reason why I would like to go back.
We had an absolutely fabulous time at Milaidhoo. The overwater villa, the island, the reef, the snorkelling, the staff, everything was incredible. We loved the excursions we did and we found the breakfast buffet absolutely incredible.
Thank you to Angelfish for helping us find this island it was an amazing last week to our honeymoon and we hope to return at some point.
