How Our Ratings Work

All our travelling clients are invited to complete a feedback form on return home, which gives you the opportunity to rate Angelfish and our airline, resort and ground handler partners according to a range of criteria, and to leave comments.

Average ratings are calculated from all submissions, and subject to time-decay, so that more recent feedback carries more weight.
