Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort Summary
The resort will be adding an adults-only infinity pool, set to open in October. The resort will remain open, and the existing pool will continue to operate.
Guests may think they've stumbled onto the set of Star Wars when they arrive at Qasr Al Sarab Resort, situated in Abu Dhabi's Empty Quarter- the largest, unbroken mass of sand in the world.
The resort came at the expense of $5 billion and it's easy to see why. The Qasr Al Sarab is a palatial, 205-room residence, with free form swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, fitness centre and a choice of 5 dining options.
Rooms at Al Qasr are split between those in the main building and a peppering of luxurious private villas- each with their own private butler. The resort is located a 2 hour drive from Abu Dhabi.
