I can only thank all at Angelfish for the 3rd year running for their excellent service, advice and assistance. I hope for much of the same next time!
As for Kihaad, the deal was exceptional value for money and any complaints about this resort are hard to understand.

Centara worked really well for us just as Jo recommended. Many thanks for getting us into a full resort when I booked late for UK half term!

Non water activities - only a small thing however the tennis courts were more than dire and in our opinion need urgent repairs. So much so that we couldn't use them.

A couple of the staff need perhaps a few tips on customer focus - they didn't seem very happy. However some including Anish at the Sunset Bar was superb.

Ethiad - having travelled three times with them now the service by crew was brilliant however a bit disappointed with the rather cramped seating and very restricted food choice on what turned out to be over an 8 hour flight back to Manchester. Perhaps this was a one off?

These are only minor points and certainly did not spoil what was a superb holiday. We would certainly recommend the resort. We are already planning our next trip with you :)

From the first phone call to Jo enquiring about our holiday for Mauritius the service has been excellent, very professional, knowledgeable and totally competent.
After a conversation finding out my needs and budget an email the next day was sent with detailed recommendations with no pressure to look through and then to let them know my thoughts. I replied and said I would be looking at more options with other operators, after doing so I was totally convinced that the service I had from Angelfish could not be beaten and really for that reason was more than happy to proceed and book my holiday with you.
Every time I asked a question whether it was about, transfers, airport lounges, excursions, parking I always had a totally comprehensive and clear answer, in very quick time,
I have been more than impressed with Caroline, Dan and Nicola they have been great at every step, true professionals, fantastic.
We will not hesitate to come back to you for our holiday to the Maldives, will not be wasting time on any other travel operator, we shall also strongly recommend you to all friends and family.

We would be happy to book with Angelfish again.

The holiday was as good as we expected and the service we received from Angelfish in my opinion was excellent. We in general wouldn't go to the same location again for this type holiday so have marked the desire to return down a bit and fro Coco Bodu Hithi this wasn;t the resort we booked so do not feel we can comment on value for money.

Clare advised me on Kihaad Maldives as it has its own house reef, all inclusive option a very short boat ride from Hanifaru bay where you can see Manta's. There was also a very good rate being offered which helped our decision. The service we received from both Clare at Angelfish, the team at Kihaad, special mention has to go to Suhan, Lal and all the catering team! everything was excellent. We went on a Manta snorkelling excursion and also the sunset fishing trip, both were great the only thing to remember is everything is plus 10% service plus 12.5% tourist tax which can add up. We also took our own snorkelling equipment as to buy or rent on the island is rather expensive. All in all we had a fantastic time and would go back in a heartbeat.

To anyone looking to go on a holiday to the Maldives I couldn't recommend highly enough the value of booking through Angelfish Travel. Their knowledge and advise during the booking process was invaluable and they give very much a personalised service of understanding what you are looking for before recommending a resort. We then had the situation of my partner having a collapsed lung just three weeks before we were due to leave which of course made her unable to fly. All the staff at Angelfish were just amazing through this difficult time and were able, because of their relationships that they have with the islands that they deal with, to get our holiday deferred for a nine month period until my partner was able to travel. This resulted in us having the amazing holiday that we had paid for instead of us losing it. We shall definitely be going back to the Maldives soon and shall of course be booking through Anglefish Travel as they like the resort we stayed at couldn't do enough to make sure that you feel the full five star experience.
