Hummingbird involvement seemed unnecessary as Soneva Fushi rep. met at airport and handled seaplane check-in! Lots of building on Soneva Fushi didn't spoil holiday but can imagine its character might well change over next few years..

A fabulous value for money resort, my only criticism is the accommodation is looking very tired ( we only took a standard beach villa and know the newer deluxe villas were better), but we had been pre-warned of this by Angelfish. A large crack in the sink was unsightly but not really a problem - the staff and atmosphere on the island were incredible, nothing was too much trouble and it was obvious that peter (the very shy general manager) runs a very happy team. We were on all inclusive and upgraded to Reethi Select for 10 days but would consider B&B if we return ... The only thing stopping us going back? That there are so many other beautiful islands to explore! Snorkelling on the house reef was like swimming through 'fish soup' .... A turtle, manta, stingray, octopus, lobsters, sharks and an array of other fish .... Cannot recommend highly enough and also the outstanding service from the team at Angelfish, unlike other travel companies, the Angelfish team really do know the resorts and are very honest in their appraisal of the islands and their individual merits.

Beautiful intimate little island with wonderful beaches and lagoon. The house reef was unspoilt and wonderful to see. All the staff without exception were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were always courteous and polite and greeted you with a smile. The only negative was that the rooms were a little tired and in need of refurbishing, but this did not interfere with the enjoyment of our holiday.

I cannot thank Everyone at Angelfish enough for there patience and all the excellent information given in response to our numerous questions. Our holiday to Makunudu was made all the more relaxing and enjoyable due to your excellent knowledge. Many thanks and we cannot wait to return to the island and will defiantly use your services when we do.

Beautiful island. The staff were fantastic and treated us like royalty. Food fabulous. Only downside was that snorkelling off sunset villa unsuitable due to strong currents and sea level.

Shandrani has a great formula which has worked really well for our family on 2 occasions. They do what they do very well! The choice of 3 beaches enhances the holiday and the staff do a great job.
