Anantara Kalutara

After the successful opening of Anantara's first Sri Lankan Resort, Peace Haven Tangalle, the group has announced that Anantara Kalutara Resort is scheduled to open its doors on 1st October 2016.

Only 10 minutes from the historic town of Kalutara and an hour from Colombo, Anantara Kalutara Resort will reside along Sri Lanka's ruggedly beautiful southwest coast. The peaceful beachfront setting between the lndian ocean and Kalu River will boast river and lagoon frontage. Travel to and from the resort will be available by Anantara's chauffeur driven SUV service - either from Kalutara South station just five kilometres away, or Colombo's Bandaranaike lnternationalAirport, a two hour drive.

127 Guest rooms and 5 suites feature a private balcony or terrace with garden, ocean or river views. ln addition, there will also be 7 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom garden villas with private plunge pools.
