Reethi Rah has 130 private villas in all - 98 Beach Villas secluded by tropical greenery, and 32 Water Villas set above the waters of the lagoon. Each villa is detached with generous living space. Accommodation amenities include the following:

Water Villa

The Water Villas are connected by walkways from secluded points on the island. These villas are a similar size as the Beach Villas (149sqm) and in addition to the usual features have wraparound hammocks suspended over the water on the outer rim of the deck. Steps lead from the deck directly into the lagoon waters below.

Duplex Beach Villa

Ideal for families, Duplex Beach Villa consists of two beach villas (135sqm), five metres apart, joined by an external walkway with their own expanse of private beach. One villa features a king-size bed and the other offers two queen-size beds. The villas are screened by tropical greenery offering good privacy. Each has an outdoor shower and veranda.

Ideal for families, Duplex Beach Villa with Pool consists of two beach villas (135sqm), five metres apart, joined by an external walkway with their own expanse of private beach. One villa features a king-size bed and the other offers two queen-size beds. The villas are screened by tropical greenery offering good privacy. Each has an outdoor shower and veranda and the 23sqm pool is shared.

Grand Beach Villa (1 Bedroom)

The Grand Beach Villas are the resort's largest, nestled among the tropical trees with a private stretch of beach. The one-bedroom villa (260sqm) has a separate dining and sitting room, spacious bathroom and a soaking tub designed for two. Outside, the veranda provides a large outdoor seating/dining area - there is a private 50sqm pool and canopied daybed.

Grand Beach Villa (2 Bedroom)

The Grand Beach Villas are the resort's largest, nestled among the tropical trees with a private stretch of beach. The two-bedroom villa (322sqm) has a separate dining and sitting room, spacious bathroom and a soaking tub designed for two. Outside, the veranda provides a large outdoor seating/dining area - there is a private 50sqm pool and canopied daybed.

Grand Water Villa with Pool

The Grand Water Villas with Pool are surrounded by 33sqm of decking (ideal for outdoor living, relaxation and dining), wraparound over-water hammocks, sunbed platforms and a private 13sqm pool. These villas are a generous 241sqm. Steps lead from the deck directly into the lagoon waters below.

The Beach Villas with Pool (165sqm) have direct views of the ocean and access to a private beach as well as a private 23sqm outdoor pool, and are shaded by tropical trees.
